ACE Hero's Celebration Results 3/29/25

Last night, American Championship Entertainment ran one of its most emotional shows ever at the Teaneck Knights of Columbus in Teaneck, NJ with Hero’s Celebration. Here are the results from last night.

Before the event began, the ACE roster came to the arena and surrounded the ring. “The Voice of ACE” Cheyenne Ortiz entered the ring and gave an incredibly emotional and passionate speech on the life of Vince Steele. Everyone in the venue gave a moment of silence and honored “the Jurassic Juggernaut” with a ten-bell salute, delivered stoically by Classic Mikey D.

  1. “Beautiful” Buddy Thomas, along with his trusty umbrella, defeated young upstart Zae.

  2. In a battle between corrupt business and a blue-collar contractor, “the Infamous” Adam Cain pinned Diego M. Trebador.

  3. In a highly-anticipated battle, Roger Mendez pinned “the Five Star Stud” Joey Ace. Both men laid it all out there.

  4. In the match for Mike Morgan Jr., ACE Fight For Flight Champion “Bad” Brad Benson successfully defended his gold against “the Good Guy” Azrieal and “the Brooklyn Outlaw” Donovan in a sprint. Benson solidified himself as a Fight For Flight legend, overcoming two ACE legends and multi-man match masters.

  5. “The Sun of Wrestling” Vincent Michaels defeated “the Zombie King” Flow Jr in a battle of two despised villains.

  6. ACE Diamond Division Champion Michael Mistretta defeated Jhonny Santos in a classic. With Rob Vegas unable to make the event due to unforeseen circumstances, Santos made the replacement to a rousing ovation and laid it all on the line, including an incredible twisting plancha to the floor and nailing his leg on the guardrail. However, the crafty Mistretta proved that there was “Nobody Betta” and picked up the victory.

  7. Sent 2 Slaughter defeated ACE Tag Team Champions Los Sucios to win the belts after a Dan Maff Burning Hammer. For the first time in his legendary ACE career, Maff, alongside the grizzled and double-tough Shawn Donovan, won the ACE Tag Team Titles.

  8. In a match to determine the new ACE Heavyweight Champion, “Dr. Sleep” Anthony Gangone defeated Kaide Lothbrok and Darius Carter to win the gold. “Wrestling’s Richest Prize” had knocked out Lothbrok with the championship to the cranium. Gangone locked on a mandible claw to Carter in the ropes. However, when Carter leveled Gangone with the title to break the hold, Carter fell to the floor and the unconscious Gangone fell on Lothbrok for the three count and the win.

  9. The celebration did not last long for Gangone, as, in one of the most shocking moments in ACE history, a heated Mike Morgan, ACE Owner, along with Maff and Donovan, hit the ring and absolutely lambasted Gangone and Lothbrok with strikes and chair shots. An intense “Hurricane” grabbed the microphone and stated that “this is the return of the 4 ACES”.

Here are some notes from the night:

  • Before the second half of the show began, William Wyeth, former ACE Heavyweight, Web TV, and Tag Team Champion, entered the ring and gave a wonderful speech regarding Mike Morgan Jr. Spoken from the heart, Will said it best when he said, no matter how long he’s been gone, “Mikey is the heart-and-soul of ACE.”

  • It was a strong house in Teaneck. The fans were loud and boisterous all night long, and really brought a throwback vibe to the ACE Arena in Union City on the passion filling the venue.

  • Many men of ACE’s past were among the audience to honor Vinny and Mikey, including Joey Image, co-host of ACE’s Studio 1 Podcast, former ACE Diamond Division and Tag Team Champion Anthony “FNB” Ramirez, and former ACE Tag Team Champion Adam “Kerr” Payne.

  • There was also an unconfirmed rumor that former ACE commentator and manager Mike Lewis was in the building; however, ACE security stayed on high alert, especially after the infamous “Rodent Scumbag” was banned FOR LIFE from ACE after Hollywood Enterprise was forced to disband in 2016.

Truly, this was a night to remember and a day never to forget. The ACES are back????

Vinny and Mikey, this night was for you.
